4EVAFANS CO is a company incorporated and registered in South Australia, Australia, with the office address PO Box 127, HENLEY BEACH SA 5022. 4EVAFANS CO operates in conjunction with INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA, a company incorporated and registered in Nicosia, Cyprus, with its office located at STROVOLOS CENTER, 4TH floor, Flat/Office 401, Strovolos, 2018, Nicosia, Cyprus. Both entities are part of the same business and operate in different jurisdictions, governed by their respective local laws.

Terms of Service

  1. Users must be at least 18 (or 21 in some jurisdictions) and have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. 4EVAFANS CO and INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA do not guarantee compliance with local laws; users are responsible for understanding their local regulations regarding content legality. If users are offended by the site’s content or cannot affirm these terms, they must not subscribe.
  2. Users are responsible for paying periodic membership fees using approved methods. Until terminated, users authorize our billing company to charge their payment method for subscriptions and purchases.
  3. Subscriptions automatically renew upon expiration unless canceled by contacting consumer support.
  4. Usernames and passwords must not be shared; violations result in immediate termination.
  5. The service is for private, non-commercial enjoyment only. Unauthorized use results in immediate cancellation without refund.
  6. Members caught sharing files will be canceled immediately, and no refund will be given for unused portions of memberships.
  7. Use of a proxy or VPN is prohibited for accessing the network.
  8. Users agree not to post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content. Transmission of such material is prohibited and breaches this agreement.
  9. Users must not advertise or solicit other users without written consent. Users are responsible for their posts even after service termination.
  10. No warranties are made regarding the site’s information, services, or products, and all warranties are expressly disclaimed.
  11. Users indemnify and hold harmless 4EVAFANS CO, INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA, their officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from breaches of the agreement.
  12. Disputes are resolved under the jurisdiction where the relevant entity is registered. Agreements are governed by Australian law for 4EVAFANS CO and Cypriot law for INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA. Prevailing parties in disputes are entitled to recover legal fees.
  13. Users agree to receive necessary communications (support, cancellation, promotional emails). Users can opt out of promotional emails, but operational communications are required.
  14. If users appear in any content and wish to appeal its removal, they can email admin@4evafans.com. Disputes regarding appeals are resolved by a neutral body.
  15. These terms govern the site’s use, including any content, functionality, and services. By using the site, users accept and agree to these terms.
  16. We monitor site content and user behavior to ensure compliance and protect user information.
  17. Content removal requests for illegal or non-consensual content are handled within 24 hours. General complaints are addressed within 7 days.
  18. Both 4EVAFANS CO and INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA are committed to combating modern slavery and human trafficking. We ensure ethical business practices and respect for all involved.


Referral Program

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, the Fair Trading Act, and applicable Cypriot regulations, the following terms apply:

Legality:

It is illegal for participants to persuade others to pay by promising benefits from referrals. Users should not be misled by high earnings claims.

Contract Cancellation:

Users have 14 days to cancel and receive a full refund after signing. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform at any time if you are found to be in breach of our rules, policies, or Terms and Conditions.

Definitions:

  • “Referring User” refers to the participant introducing others.
  • “Referred Creator” is the person joining through the Referring User’s link.

Program Details:

Users earn payments by introducing Creators to 4EVAFANS, based on the Creator’s earnings. The program is operated by 4EVAFANS CO and INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA.

Rules:

  • Only active accounts participate; suspended or deleted accounts are not eligible.
  • Payment details are required to receive referral payments.
  • Unique referral links must be used and cannot be promoted using false claims. Users must disclose their referral methods upon request.

Restrictions:

  • Referred Creators with prior accounts are ineligible for referral payments.
  • Payments apply to the first account set up by a Referred Creator. Multiple accounts will not receive additional payments.
  • Commercial relationships between Referring Users and Referred Creators disqualify eligibility for payments.

Payout Options:

Payments are transferred on the first day of each calendar month based on the previous month’s earnings. Users must select one of the provided payout methods available in their location.

Withholding Payments:

  • We reserve the right to withhold payments if there are breaches of terms or suspicions of fraudulent activity until investigations are completed.
  • If lien or third-party claims are detected, payments may be withheld until resolved.

Program Changes:

4EVAFANS CO and INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA may alter or discontinue the program without affecting payments already earned.

Compliance:

All operations and payments comply with Australian and Cypriot laws, and disputes are resolved under the jurisdiction of South Australia for 4EVAFANS CO and Nicosia, Cyprus, for INSTANT VERIFIED MEDIA.
