DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy and Procedures

Take Down Procedure

Once a valid DMCA Notice is received, we will:

  • Notify the user who posted the content;
  • Allow the user to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.

Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, submit a counter-notification containing:

  2. Where it appeared on the Site (with URLs);
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury explaining your belief that the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email);
